3. Submitting a Take down Notice

Your notice must include the following information to be valid:

- Description: A detailed description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
- Location: A URL or specific description of where the infringing material is located on this website (e.g., specific book title or video filename).
- Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
4. Response Time
Upon receipt of a valid notice, actions will be taken expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material in question. We aim to process all requests within 48 to 72 hours.
5. Counter-Notice
If you believe your material was removed or blocked by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to no.name.anomaly1@gmail.com. Please include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a consent form for your local court jurisdiction.
6. Repeat Infringers
In instances where a user or content source is determined to be a repeat infringer of copyright laws, we reserve the right to take further action to prevent future infringement, including the permanent removal of content or accounts associated with the infringement.
